This five-day course examines the practice of strategic communication, taking delegates through the whole cycle of analysis, planning, implementing and evaluating.
This course looks at purposeful communication towards desired outcomes in planned campaigns and crisis-communications. It explores techniques for message generation, audience and media channel selection. Participants will also be exposed to traditional media relationships.. The course also studies many-to-many dialogue as a communications technique in the age of social media.

There are no specific requirements for these un-accredited short courses but, please note they will all be taught in English.
This intensive five-day course allows students to critique their approach to communications planning. For those new to the discipline, the course will enable a confident results-driven systematic approach to be applied on return to work. For those who have taken up some responsibility for communications or its oversight, the course will enable them to work as an informed customer of communications staff and agencies inside and outside the organisation.
